Class descriptions:
POWER YOGA: A class focused on flowing in and out of poses for a workout that will leave you melting in Savasana!
MOMMAS ON THE MAT (PRENATAL YOGA) - All Mommas are welcome on the mat in this class. Seasoned Yogis and beautiful beginners will build a bond with baby growing inside of them while relieving lower back pain, stretching the hips and taking a moment to enjoy the incredible journey of becoming a mother.
GENTLE FLOW: Start your Saturday off with a Gentle Flow class that will work on proper alignment, stretching and finding your center just in time for the weekend fun!
MINDFUL YOGA: This class is great for students with injuries or that just want to take it slow. This class is great for re acquainting yourself and breaking down different Asanas (Poses) while enjoying a wonderful workout.
SWEET PEA YOGA: (For all parents of babies 3 months to walking)
This is our style of Mommy and Baby where either or both parents are welcome!!
What better way to bond with baby than to bring them to class? This is great for new Mommas and Daddys to bond with baby as we play, sing, dance and cuddle with baby all while getting our workout in for the day! Baby gets to interact with you the entire time! What fun!!!!
Recommendations: Bring soft toys for baby to play with and a blankie.
